Vive la Tarte
A parametrically designed sculpture-turned-menu for San Francisco bakery Vive la Tarte.
Vive la Tarte was Lightform’s neighbor at the time. We wanted to demonstrate a hybrid digital-physical menu that could not be produced with traditional digital signage means.
Created in collaboration with Kilomade Studios, the menu was designed parametrically in Grasshopper then fabricated from bent wood slats and water-jet steel cross members.
